Uber is a global logistics network that operates in 65 countries, with in São Paulo office, Mexico City, Amsterdam. Dynamic growth of Uber, management of numerous projects around the world, active growth of employees (as of 2017 - more than 16,000 employees) require fast, high-quality and effective communication around the world.

Task

​

Uber hosts a lot of conferences, seminars, and meetings between offices in different countries. All of them requires high-quality audio and video communication with a high level of security. The company also constantly conducts remote trainings for its employees.

Solution

After detail research of the project, based on our expertise and corporate IT standards of Uber, we have developed an individual complex audiovisual solution for the Uber headquarters in Ukraine.

DEKOM has designed and integrated: complex IT systems, including video conferencing, displays and projection equipment, microphones and sound systems, meeting room booking system, video switching, active network equipment and Wi-Fi equipment.
